Imperial stout er en av mine favorittyper, og en kveld på Gullkorn avsluttes som regel med en slik.
Aroma av brent malt og kaffe, med en litt søtlig tone.
Smaken er tykk med mye sødme i forma av karamell. Det er også en kraftig kaffesmak som slår gjennom.

Veldig godt balansert, mye smak med en lang ettersmak.

På tavla står den som en Wit med Himalayasalt og lime, som høres spennende ut i seg selv. Fargen er lys gyllen, med den klassiske hvete-disen. Smaken er litt skuffende, det er litt for lite smak. Det gjelder både lime og salt-biten. Men er ok for å være en wit.
